I. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
1. These regulations define the rules for service provision, liability, and staying on the premises of the Hotel and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card or by performing implied actions, especially by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at the Hotel. By performing the actions mentioned in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the conditions of these Regulations.
2. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the Hotel premises.
II. HOTEL DAY
3. The hotel room is rented by the day. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of rental until 12:00 PM the next day.
4. If a Guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should report this to the hotel Reception immediately. The hotel will consider the request to extend the stay depending on availability.
5. Staying in the room or leaving belongings past 12:00 PM is treated as an extension of the stay.
6. The hotel Guest cannot transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which they paid has not expired.
7. Unregistered persons may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
8. The presence of unregistered persons in the hotel room after 10:00 PM is considered as the Guest’s agreement to accommodate these persons in the room for an additional fee according to the extra bed price list available at the hotel Reception.
III. RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
9. The hotel Guest is required to present a photo ID confirming their identity to the Reception staff before check-in. If the Guest refuses to present the document in a way that allows check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.
10. At the Guest's request, it is possible to rent a bed/cot for a child under 3 years old according to the current price list available at the hotel Reception.
11. Registered hotel Guests can use the Aqua Park, gym, fitness room, dry sauna, steam bath, and parking free of charge during their stay.
12. Other recreational facilities and services provided at the SPA are additionally charged.
IV. GUEST LIABILITY
13. Children under 14 years old should be supervised by their legal guardians on the Hotel premises.
14. The hotel Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
15. For fire safety reasons, the use of candles, heaters, and other electrical devices not included in the room equipment is prohibited in the hotel rooms and other areas. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
16. Each time the Guest leaves the room, they should ensure the door is locked.
17. The hotel Guest is required to familiarize themselves with the fire safety instructions.
18. The hotel Guest bears full responsibility for unjustified use of the fire alarm system and/or damage to fire equipment. Unjustified use of the fire alarm system is subject to a fine of 1000 PLN.
V. HOTEL LIABILITY
19. The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the hotel is governed by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
20. The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, and valuable items, especially valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, is limited if these items are not deposited at the Reception. In case of loss or damage to these items, the compensation does not exceed the amount specified by the regulation of the Minister of Justice dated November 14, 1964, on limiting the liability of persons running hotels or similar establishments (Journal of Laws of 1965 No. 1, item 2, and Journal of Laws of 1985 No. 45, item 225, and Journal of Laws of 1990 No. 64, item 378). The hotel has the right to refuse to accept items for deposit if they threaten safety or have excessive value relative to the size or standard of the hotel or take up too much space.
21. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of the Guest's car or other vehicle and items left in it in the hotel parking lot.
VI. COMPLAINTS
22. The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. If there are any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them immediately at the Reception, which will allow the hotel to react accordingly.
23. All complaints are accepted by the Duty Manager and the hotel Reception staff.
VII. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
24. Personal items left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at their expense to the address they provide. If no such instruction is received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.
25. Due to their properties, food items and personal hygiene products will be stored for 24 hours.
VIII. QUIET HOURS
26. Quiet hours are in effect at the hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next day.
27. During quiet hours, Guests and visitors are obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb other Guests' peace.
28. If quiet hours are disturbed, the Hotel has the right to immediately check out the Guest.
IX. PETS IN THE HOTEL
29. The hotel accepts small pets for an additional fee.
30. The hotel charges a fee for a pet's stay according to the current price list.
31. The hotel has a limited number of rooms designated for pets.
32. Guests must inform the hotel about bringing a pet at the time of booking.
33. According to point 31 of these regulations, the hotel has the right to refuse a pet if it was not reported during booking.
34. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a pet if it belongs to aggressive breeds.
35. The pet's stay in the hotel is conditioned by having a health book with current vaccinations and deworming confirmation.
36. The hotel does not accept sick pets.
37. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
38. Pets are not allowed in dining and recreational areas, and in public areas, the pet owner must keep it on a leash and muzzle.
39. The owner must clean up after their pet in the hotel surroundings.
40. If an unregistered pet is found in a hotel room, the Guest must pay a fine of 300 PLN. The fine does not exempt the Guest from paying for the pet's stay.
X. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
41. In case of violation of these regulations, the hotel may refuse further services to the person violating them. Such a person must immediately comply with the hotel's demands, settle the payment for previous services, and leave the hotel premises.
42. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay, causing damage to the hotel property or Guests, or harm to Guests, hotel staff, or other persons on the hotel premises, or in any other way disturbed the peace in the hotel.
43. Dangerous items, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive materials, and illuminations cannot be stored in hotel rooms.
44. The hotel accepts pets in rooms for an additional fee, but the pet owner must keep the pet on a leash on the hotel premises and clean up after it.
45. Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in non-designated areas in the hotel. Violating the smoking ban is subject to a fine of 500 PLN.
46. Riding scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles is prohibited in the hotel buildings.
47. The hotel is under constant camera surveillance.
48. The hotel implements the Child Protection Standards policy to counteract the risks of sexual crime.
a) The hotel respects children's rights, and all employees are obliged to pay attention to the situation of children in the hotel;
b) Hotel staff undergoes special verification to protect the well-being of children;
c) Hotel staff is trained and knows how to act in case of a threat to a child's well-being;
d) Any child staying in the hotel can turn to the staff for help if they fear harm from an adult;
e) The staff identifies the child's identity and their relationship with the adult they are with in the hotel. For this purpose, they may ask questions or even call the child's family members;
f) In case of observing or suspecting that the well-being of a minor is being violated or is at risk, the staff will intervene and may notify the police and the guardianship court.
49. Matters not covered by these Regulations are governed by the generally applicable laws, especially the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1971 No. 27, item 252, as amended).
